I myself am showing my husband this, and that video is going straight to a client who still hasn't paid the last bunch of invoices (not a huge amount compared to the contract, but it's the principal of it all)...from 2 years ago! Being that he's a professional, and he's not stupid, he'll definitely get the idea... Hysterical, it's had me laughing even as I'm typing this...made my entire day! Makes me so clear on how important it is to be frighteningly clear with Clients re: Cost. I am the pilot on their journey, but I cannot guarantee that the person in the seat next to them won't act up or that there won't be turbulence. I am trying to land the plane safely, but yes there are 77 things that can go wrong, so buckle up, stay in your seat and let me fly the plane so we can all get to our destination safely.
