If any of you are designers and have had to deal with those pesky clients we described in a recent post, Frustrations, I have found the perfect clip about that situation, thanks to Tracey Davids who alerted me:
Now my question is, do I send this on to those clients or do I just continue to grin and bear it?
My rebellious and sarcastic side says ‘Screw it and hit send!’ What do you think?

You made my day! too hilarious! …….and oooooh so tempting to send – my cautious side says ‘don’t send’ – could come back to bite you if they pass it around or tell all their friends. On the other hand, a unique way to ‘educate ‘ the public.
They certainly will get this message! Will be curious to hear what you decide.

So funny, so true, good find Vincente. Makes me so clear on how important it is to be frighteningly clear with Clients re: Cost.
I am the pilot on their journey, but I cannot guarantee that the person in the seat next to them won’t act up or that there won’t be turbulence. I am trying to land the plane safely, but yes there are 77 things that can go wrong, so buckle up, stay in your seat and let me fly the plane so we can all get to our destination safely.
Why does the dog stick his head out the window and risk the bugs in the eyes and teeth? Because the ride is so worth it !

well, here’s the thing…do you really ever want that client again? hit send…
I myself am showing my husband this, and that video is going straight to a client who still hasn’t paid the last bunch of invoices (not a huge amount compared to the contract, but it’s the principal of it all)…from 2 years ago! Being that he’s a professional, and he’s not stupid, he’ll definitely get the idea…
