    Vicente – I only saw your lobby here because the property agent wasn’t in when I dropped by, but the lobby was tremendous! I’ll make an appointment on my next visit! If you don’t have the time to do a tour, how about a list of your public projects in the NYC area like hotels, restaurants, retail, display or corporate apartments with which one could do a self-directed tour? – Gary

    This is one of my favorite buildings. I love that your work is inside. They are truly stakes of “gem” boxes now.

    The large arched windows are what sell me, along with the grey and white interiors. The knobs on the facet are unlike any I have ever seen and lend a truly original quality to the whole bathroom..
    I also, love the light wood round table it just makes the room feel very loved and thought out…
