I feel that if one is in any way successful, one owes society to give back. God’s Love We Deliver is, to me, one of the most loving charities that is around and I support them whenever I can.

What I like about God’s Love We Deliver is that it doesn’t matter about your race, sex or social standing – it’s sole purpose is to help people who cannot afford or physically cannot feed themselves because they’re too sick. Volunteers from the organization go to people’s homes to spend time with them, feed them and bring a little cheer into sick people’s lives.

One of the board members is my friend Margaret Russell and this Saturday, June 13th, there will be a midsummer night cocktail party in support of the charity. Cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and a live auction in the name of goodwill. If you are going to be in the Hamptons this weekend, this is one event you should not miss.
