Love the title name! So I am guessing some very interesting information on the behind the scenes aspects of the design process?

Great book title! It is so fitting because that has been your intention on your blog also. Like Acanthus said behind the scenes of great design so that it becomes more accessible and not cloaked in secrecy – perhaps?

I re-read “Learning to See” and “Crossing Boundaries”. Ironically, years ago when I taught a college drawing and rendering class, I used to tell my students that “Learning to sing is a matter of learning to breathe, and learning to draw is a matter of learning to see!” I need one more analogy to make a triplet! Your books would make great required reading in any design degree program. I am really looking forward to your new one. You continue to teach this teacher! – Gary

WOW,
I AGREE WITH GARY THAT THIS WOULD BE GREAT AS A TEXT BOOK FOR A CLASS IN DESIGN… ALONG WITH YOUR OTHER BOOKS….
I HOPE YOU PUT SOME OF YOUR OWN STORY INTO THE BOOK THAT MAKES IT THAT MUCH MORE ALLURING….
IS THAT A ROPE GOING UP THE STAIRS ON THE WALL??????
WILL YOU SELL IT HERE ON YOUR WEB PAGE???

Well chosen title and it will be so great to have something to look forward to after summer is over and perhaps even for my own birthday (Oct. 2nd) What a treat. I am sure I will learn so much from it. Bravo.

I have poured over your other two books and can’t wait to read this new one.
I must mention that you make yourself assessible throught your blog. Having you personally answer design questions is very helpful. Thank you.
