I have a king size bed with a headboard and foot board that is shaped like a womans upper lip.(Dino Mark Anthony – La Belle Epoque). I don’t like the traditional lamps on the side of the bed and wanted something more elegant and sophisticated, but functional for reading. One side has a mirrored chest and the other side has a black/gold Louis XV chest. Any ideas for good reading and elegant touch. Thanks Judy, who likes to read.

I would choose to go with these Hinson Lamps – they’re wall mounted, flexible and always elegant. Also, if you can get your hands on the August House Beautiful issue, they had a great feature showing many different types of wall-mounted lamps on Page 34 and Page 35.
