Hi Vicente,
Just wanted to say first that i am a HUGE fan of your work. Everything you do is so special and unique. I am in the middle of putting together a nursery for my son due end of december and i would love your input on paint colors. I am thinking of very pale icy blue walls maybe even doing 12 inch stripes and adding a warm white stripe as well. The furniture is david netto white lacquer and wood and the area rug is WS home nautical striped rug canvas with navy stripes. I would love your advice…
thank you,
Jamie

Bunny GrayVicente Responds:

Congratulations Jamie! I like the idea of the David Netto furniture and I think the blue and white stripe will work very well. To keep it interesting, maybe do one blue stripe 7” wide, follow it with a 3” white, a 3” blue, a 3” white and then another 7” blue. What color is the floor going to be? Consider white deck paint for the floor and also keep the ceiling the same white. I think it will work beautifully with the white lacquer furniture.

You must be very excited by now – good luck with everything!

I love the blue stripes in differing width idea, Vicente & Jamie! Consider it stolen for my son’s room!!!

What great advice. I wouldn’t have thought of the different sized striped. Well, that’s why we come to you!

Vicente, perfect choices! Stripes are great and I love them running horizontally as well!
